The Story
From Enterprise Brand Authority to Founder
For over ten years, Victor was the person a Fortune 50 retailer trusted to give final approval on Spanish-language brand content — every campaign, every translation, every piece of customer-facing copy passed through his review before it went live.
That job taught him something most marketers never learn firsthand: correct Spanish and your brand's Spanish are not the same thing. A translation can be grammatically perfect and still sound like nobody at the company actually cares about the reader.
When generative AI started reshaping how companies produce content, Victor saw the same risk playing out everywhere, just faster and at a larger scale than before. Brands were adopting AI tools to scale their Spanish content, but nobody was checking whether the result still sounded like the brand.
That's why he founded InnovAI — to bring the same fractional brand voice authority role he held internally at enterprise scale to mid-market brands who can't justify a full-time hire, but can't afford to get it wrong either.
The second half of InnovAI's work grew out of a parallel observation: small business owners and tradespeople were hearing constantly that they needed "AI" without anyone actually showing up to build it for them. So InnovAI's second service line, AI Implementation, exists to close that exact gap — hands-on, not theoretical.
